Add a video from your device on the home screen. Review the file permissions requested by the app.

Set A and B in the player and save the section. Add a name and tags to make it easier to find.

Connected to your PC
Start on your phone. Continue on your PC.
Open your PC workspace with the connection code created in the app. The workspace checks your Windows engine and model preparation.
Check PC setup and availabilityAn auxiliary feature for Windows 10/11 x64. Internet is required; using the same network is recommended. Installers are offered only when approved for public distribution.

My video is missing from the library.
Check file access permissions, then add the file again from Home. If you moved the original, use file reconnection in Settings.
The subtitle timing is off.
Adjust the sync value in the player’s subtitle settings. Transcript navigation applies the same value. If the file has different content or timing, select the correct subtitle file.
My PC disconnected.
Check the internet connection on both devices and return to the app’s progress screen. Check the existing job and its resume action before creating another job.
Are videos or subtitles sent to a server?
Normal playback uses files on your device. PC subtitle jobs send the selected audio to the connected PC, while online services handle connection metadata. See the privacy policy for diagnostics, analytics, retention, and deletion details.
